Finding a split that works for you can be a challenge - but it is specific to you - so find out what is best for you and slay the sesh babe. I haven’t included sets/reps because again, you need to fit that to what your goals are and what works for you. Furthermore, you should be including a variety of different rep ranges (6, 8, 12, failure etc) and set lengths (2-5), whilst experimenting with your rest time (1-3mins) as well. (I am not a pro this is just from my own experience and research).
